Learn about our journey, our team, and the vision behind FABAtool.
FABAtool was born out of a real need in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. As architects ourselves, we experienced firsthand the challenges of working with BIM software and managing complex documentation workflows.
What started as a set of simple scripts to automate repetitive tasks in Revit grew into a comprehensive suite of tools designed to streamline and enhance the way AEC professionals work. Our journey has been guided by a simple principle: create tools that we would want to use in our own professional practice.
Today, FABAtool is used by architectural and engineering firms across the globe, helping teams work more efficiently and focus on what really matters - creating exceptional buildings and spaces.
FABAtool's mission is to empower AEC professionals with intelligent tools that enhance creativity, efficiency, and collaboration. We aim to eliminate tedious tasks from the design process, allowing architects and engineers to focus on what they do best - designing innovative spaces and solving complex problems.
By making our tools open source, we're committed to fostering a community where knowledge is shared freely and where the combined expertise of practitioners worldwide can drive the evolution of our industry's tools.
